Topics include: • Understanding pregnancy and labor • A birth story • Comfort techniques • Understanding medical procedures • Cesarean birth • Intervention alternatives and non-medicated births • Postpartum care including breastfeeding basics • What to expect with immediate newborn care Choose from one of our every-other-month, “Weekend Express” classes, from 9 am - 12:30 pm on Saturday.
