Join Mary the Comfort Dog for an afternoon READ-IN in the back of the Children's Room. Bring or choose your own reading material for some cozy silent reading with Mary the Comfort Dog. Take turns reading aloud if you'd like! Mary loves company and stories.

Join us for a lively, interactive storytime featuring books, songs, action rhymes, puppets and more. Each storytime incorporates the five practices of early literacy: READ, WRITE, TALK, SING & PLAY. This session is perfect for toddlers and preschoolers with their caregivers.
Children and their caregivers are invited to use their senses to investigate the element of earth! Dress for the weather because we will take a nature walk, as well as enjoy story time indoors. This program is geared for young children to participate with family members. The Little Scientists series occurs monthly on the third Thursday and Saturday morning of September, October, and November. Nature At The Confluence is committed to providing affordable environmental education for our community. We invite you to choose the particiption fee that is most comfortable to you, either $5, $10, or $15 for your family/group. Your participation fee helps offset our cost of supplies and staff time.

Join us for a 15-minute playtime, followed by 30 minutes of interactive stories, songs, and activities. This sensory friendly storytime is specially designed for library friends with sensory processing challenges or other developmental challenges, but all are welcome. A visual schedule, fidgets, and more will be provided.
