Our free, all-in-one program includes research-based,
up-to-date information for expectant parents.

Topics include:
• Understanding pregnancy and labor
• A birth story
• Comfort techniques
• Understanding medical procedures
• Cesarean birth
• Intervention alternatives and non-medicated births
• Postpartum care including breastfeeding basics
• What to expect with immediate newborn care

Choose from one of our every-other-month,
“Weekend Express” classes, from 9 am – 12:30 pm
on Saturday.

The class is held in the Conference
Rooms on the Garden Level at SSM Health
Dean Medical Group – Janesville East.
