Read, Talk, Play Every Day
Read, Talk, Play Every Day is a Rock County initiative powered by a collaborative partnership between the Stateline Community Foundation’s Literacy for Life and Janesville Early Literacy, focused on empowering Rock County families and caregivers to Read, Talk, Play Every Day!
We aim to provide parents with the resources and insights they need to build a strong foundation, so that every child has the opportunity to succeed in school and life. We focus on involving the community, raising awareness about the importance of early childhood development to create a network of support. By working together, we can make these critical early years rich with growth and possibility.
Our Shared Mission
Our mission is to ensure every child in Rock County has a strong foundation built in the first five years by empowering families and activating the community to embrace reading, talking, and playing every day as essential building blocks for lifelong success.
Vision Statement:
A future where every child in Rock County begins kindergarten prepared and equipped to succeed, supported by a community that values early learning and empowers families to make everyday moments count.
